SEAMEO CED has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a network of 12 universities across Southeast Asia, formalising a collaboration that will strengthen non-formal and community education throughout the region.
The partnership covers joint research projects, faculty and student exchange, and the co-development of open educational resources. It also establishes a shared scholarship fund for community educators pursuing advanced qualifications.
"This agreement turns shared ambition into shared action," said the SEAMEO CED Director during the signing ceremony in Vientiane.
